1. What We Collect

To arrange your vehicle and provide follow-up service we collect: contact name, mobile number, email address, rental start and end dates, pick-up location, travel notes (optional), and order and payment information.

Our online rental process does not collect ID numbers and does not ask you to upload document photos. Identity documents and driving licences are checked in person at the branch at pick-up, and no image is retained after verification.

2. How We Use It

Only to: check vehicle availability and confirm your arrangements, hand over and inspect the vehicle, send order and trip notifications, process refunds and after-sales requests, and cooperate with regulatory verification as required by law. We do not use your information for any other purpose, nor for marketing unrelated to this rental.

3. Sharing

Apart from what is necessary to deliver the service (for example, providing the relevant branch and driver with the contact details and itinerary needed for your booking), we do not provide your personal information to third parties. Payment transaction data is processed by WeChat Pay and Alipay under their own rules. Exceptions apply where required by law.

4. Retention

Order and transaction records are retained as required for tax and regulatory purposes. Non-essential information such as travel notes is handled on a data-minimisation basis after the order is closed, and deleted or anonymised beyond the retention period.

5. Your Rights

You may access and correct your personal information, and request deletion of non-essential information after your order is closed. To exercise these rights, contact us using the phone number published in the footer or the email on your order; we will act after verifying your identity.

6. Security

The site uses encrypted transmission throughout. Order data is held in an access-controlled database, accessible only to authorised staff on a least-privilege basis. The administration area has login-failure lockout and activity logging.

7. Minors

Minors may not rent or drive a vehicle on their own. Where a minor travels, a guardian submits the information and gives consent on their behalf.

8. Updates

Any update to this policy takes effect on this page.
