1. Scope of Service

This website provides a booking service for self-drive car rental and chauffeured vehicle hire. It lists vehicle models, daily rates, deposits, mileage allowances and overtime charges, and accepts online requests. An online order is an expression of intent; vehicle availability must be confirmed by our local branch. If the vehicle is unavailable, we will offer a reschedule, an equivalent model, or a full refund.

We are not the registered owner of the vehicles and do not operate road transport services beyond the scope of our licence. Chauffeured services are performed by drivers holding the required qualifications.

2. Pricing and What Is Paid Online

The amount paid online is the rental fee only, calculated as daily rate × number of rental days. It does not include the deposit, overtime charges, excess mileage, fuel differences, tolls or parking.

The vehicle deposit is not collected online. It is collected in person at pick-up and returned on the spot after the return inspection, and is not part of the online payment. Deposits are published per model: RMB 3,000–5,000 for self-drive models; no deposit is required for chauffeured models.

Prices shown are based on the vehicle configuration at the time you submit your order. If the configuration or price changes before availability is confirmed, we will confirm with you before your trip; if no agreement is reached, Section 5 applies.

3. Pick-up, Inspection and Return

Please bring a valid identity document matching the order. For self-drive models you must also present a valid driving licence for the correct vehicle category. If documents do not match, have expired, or the driver is otherwise ineligible, you bear the resulting loss.

Both parties inspect the body, glass, tyres, tools and fuel level together at pick-up and return, and keep a record. If the vehicle condition differs from the pick-up record, actual repair or cleaning costs apply; these are deducted from the deposit, with any shortfall payable separately, and the deduction and its reason will be explained to you in writing.

4. Overtime and Mileage

Overtime: a 60-minute grace period applies after the agreed return time. Beyond the grace period, charges apply per hour at the published rate for the model (RMB 50–150/hour), with any part-hour counted as a full hour.

Mileage and fuel: for chauffeured models the daily rate includes fuel, with a limit of 300 km per day; excess mileage is charged at RMB 2–3 per km (see the model page). For self-drive models fuel is at your cost and the fuel level at return should match pick-up; if we refuel on your behalf, actual receipts apply.

Xinjiang is a vast region and daily distances are often long. Please assess whether the mileage allowance covers your itinerary before booking to avoid extra charges.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

To cancel, submit a refund request from your order page. It is reviewed manually by our staff, and refunds are returned to the original payment account via the original channel; processing time depends on the payment provider.

The vehicle deposit is collected and returned in person at the branch and is not refunded through this website, so the online refund process in this section does not apply to it.

If the contact details you provided are incorrect, or we cannot reach you after repeated attempts to confirm the itinerary, we may cancel the order and refund the unused portion.

6. Changes and Force Majeure

Some routes in Xinjiang are significantly affected by season, weather, road closures, border checks and temporary control measures. If such force majeure prevents performance, neither party is liable for breach; we will help reschedule, change the route, or settle for the unused portion.

If you terminate the hire early for your own reasons, charges are settled for the days actually used, and the remaining days and deposit are handled under this section.

7. Responsibilities

We provide vehicles that meet safety requirements together with qualified drivers, publish prices and charging rules accurately, and keep you updated on your order. You provide true and valid contact details and documents, comply with traffic laws, do not sublet or lend the vehicle, do not use it for unlawful purposes, and do not drive outside the agreed area.

Fines, vehicle impoundment, repairs and other losses caused by breach of the preceding paragraph are borne by you.

8. Miscellaneous

Matters not covered here are governed by the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China and applicable laws. Updated terms take effect on this page; confirmed orders are governed by the version in force when the order was placed.
