1. What to Bring for Pickup
- The pickup person's valid ID document
- For self-drive models: your valid driver's license (some models require at least one year of driving experience)
- A credit card or payment method for the deposit
- The order number from your booking (showing the order details on your phone is sufficient)
2. Airport Pickup
Pickup can be arranged at Urumqi Diwopu Airport. We recommend entering your flight number in the order notes so the store can prepare the vehicle according to your landing time. After landing, contact the store's contact person and hand over the vehicle at the designated location as instructed.
3. Vehicle Inspection Points (Be Sure to Take Photos)
Walk around the vehicle with staff and focus your photos on:
- The four corners of the body and the bumpers (scratches, dents)
- All four tires and wheels (bulges, cracks)
- Front and rear windshields and windows (cracks, stone chips)
- Fuel gauge and odometer readings
- Seats and interior condition
It is advisable to also capture the date and time information in the photos and keep them until after the vehicle is returned. Any existing damage should be recorded one by one on the rental agreement — do not leave it as a verbal note.
4. Return and Deposit Refund
Return the vehicle at the agreed time and place and inspect it in person. If there is no new damage, the fuel level matches the agreement, and there are no unresolved traffic violations, the store will process the deposit refund. The time for the deposit to arrive depends on the payment method; credit card pre-authorizations usually take several business days to release.
5. Overtime Fees
Returning later than the agreed time incurs an hourly overtime fee, usually with a 60-minute grace period. If your trip may be delayed, please contact the store in advance to avoid unnecessary charges.
